Iron-on instructions
- Set the iron to the Cotton ironing program
- Place the appliqué with the reverse shiny side on the base on which you will iron the appliqué
- Cover with a dry cotton cloth (e.g. a cloth cotton handkerchief, the rest of the cotton cloth, etc.)
- Iron for 25 seconds using moderate pressure and low steam
- Turn inside out and iron again for 25 seconds using light pressure and low steam
Our tip:
Before ironing, test whether the underlying material can be ironed, watch out for synthetic materials.
If you are going to iron the appliqué on an exposed area, secure it by sewing along the edge by hand or on a machine, thus extending the durability of the connection.
