Cotton woven fabric that has a plastic pattern formed by vertically and horizontally running threads, creating a square pattern (hence the name waffle). The waffle fabric is woven in such a way that it is very absorbent, but also allows air to flow, so it dries quickly.
Due to its properties, it is mainly used for tea towels, towels, bathrobes, aprons and leisurewear. Bedspreads made of this material are also interesting.
