Frequently asked questions about orders

Dispatch and delivery date

  • The time required to process an order is now 1 - 2 working days from receipt of the order.
  • In the case of payment by bank transfer 1 - 2 working days from the crediting of the payment to the bank account.
  • The delivery date for all carriers is usually the next working day from the handover of the consignment to the carrier.
  • In the case of personal collection, please wait for an information e-mail and SMS informing about the preparation of the shipment for collection at the selected dispensing point.

How do I know the status of my order?

  • after receiving the order in our system, we send an automatic email confirming the order and an overview of the ordered goods. (If you do not have this e-mail, either the order was not completed or an incorrect e-mail was entered. In this case, contact us at info@fabricshouse.com.)
  • As soon as we start processing the order, we send another automatic email with information about the processing of the order
  • As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, we send an email with this information
  • As soon as we hand over the package to the carrier, we send an email with this information and also the number for tracking the shipment at the carrier

Where can I find out how long it will take to process my order?

  • As part of the ordering process, there is a current date directly in the basket below the list of ordered goods, when your order will probably be processed
  • The processing date is also stated in the first automatic email confirming receipt of the order
